Harlem Public (Bar + Restaurant)
This restaurant has a large menu with lots of creative, tempting options. I ordered delivery. The fried cauliflower were super crispy. The cauliflower didn’t have much flavor, but came with a tangy chipotle dipping sauce. I enjoyed them but they would’ve been better if fully tossed in a sauce. The mac and steez was great. They use shell pasta and top it with crunchy, flavorful breadcrumbs. It was very creamy and the mac was a good, firm texture.
